Don't recommend this place went there for inspection. Sticker waited 2 hours, then I failed my inspections because I don't have a front license plate mount, never had a problem with any other location about this I took it to before but this one Customer service suck also the wait for 2 hrs for a state inspection sticker is outrageous and a huge inconvenience. First it was 1hrs sir we will have you up and out of here and then 2 hrs later sorry sir to inform you that we failed you because you don't have a front plate

I called this place because it was the closest to me and had good reviews. Needless to say, I’m very pleased with the service I received. I showed up for my appointment, was checked in promptly, and was given a clear estimate of the wait time. It turned out I only had a screw in my tire, and I really appreciated that they were able to patch it rather than trying to sell me a new tire. Everything was seamless, quick, and completely stress-free. I would definitely use them again!

The overall service was good. I made an appointment for 11am. My car wasn’t taken in until almost 1:00. The car was ready around 3:15. I made the appointment a few days in advance thinking that the time provided by the shop was the time my car would be taken in or at least close to that time. They had to order the parts after I arrived even though the vehicle was previously diagnosed at another Broadway Tire location that it needed rear brakes and rotors. I ultimately went to the Pawtucket location because it was closer to where my daughter lives as it was her car being serviced.

What an awesome experience. We dealt with John to have some repairs done on one of our vehicles, he was honest, fair and went far above and beyond to accommodate us. We are customers for life! Well done Broadway. Thanks for the professionalism and genuine care.

Broadway Tire has become my go-to tire and service center for all my vehicle needs. Friendly, reliable, and cost friendly. Robert Wheeler was great and accommodating during my latest visit. Recommend 10/10
